Prof K . Lal Kishore has more than 34 years of Teaching Experience. His fields of interest are ‘Micro Electronics and VLSI Engineering’. He won first ‘Bapu Seetharam Memorial Award’ for Research work from Institute of Electronics and Communication Engineering, New Delhi, for his research work and his name is included in ABI, USA. He is recipient of various prestigious awards like ‘Gold Star’ Award(1), ‘Meritorious Service Award’ from Defence Engineering College, Ethiopi, ‘Best Teacher Award (2004),’ from the Government of Andhra Pradesh, ‘Distinguished Indian Award(ICSCI 2007)’ and 11th ITEE – Prof. SVC Aiya Memorial Award for exemplary contribution in guiding students, researchers and teacher for research work in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. He has 148 publications to his credit so far. He is a fellow of IETE, Member of IEEE, Fellow of IE, ISTE and ISHM and Governing Council member for NIIT Surat. He guided number of B.Tech and M.Tech Projects and guided 15 students for Ph.D so far.

He visited France, Israel, Ethiopia, Srilanka, HongKong, U.K, Thailand and Ireland for paper presentations and on visiting faculty assignments. He was Visiting Professor at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok. He is involved in development of laboratories in ECE department under AICTE/DST Projects. He Conducted VLSI refresher Courses as Co-Ordinator in 2001-02, 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07.

He worked as Professor in ECE and Head of Department. He was holding various responsible posts such as Director, SCDE, Principal JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, Director, Academic and Planning, Director, UGC-Academic Staff College, Registrar of Unified JNTU, Rector JNTUH and Convener for ECET during 2000, 2001 & 2002. Presently he is Registrar, JNTUH. He is also in the professional body IETE and Associated with AICTE, UGC, UPSC, APPSC, NASCOM and ElIAP in various capacities.
